Returns & reprints
Printed items are made to order, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
If a job has a print defect or does not match the approved proof, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will reprint it or refund you.
Errors in artwork you supplied and approved (spelling, low-resolution images) are not covered, but we will help you fix the file for a reprint.
